Canada’s women’s hockey team keeps relentless pace

They've been at the top for quite some time, but the cost of maintaining their elite status has been steep.

Team Canada's women's hockey team — the defending Olympic gold medallists — was in Calgary on Monday for some on-ice workouts and preparations for the 2014 Sochi Olympics, and The National's Peter Armstrong examines the sacrifices the players have had to make in their personal lives.
