Announcing - First Ever Female Goalie Camp

Doyle Hockey Development is very excited to announce that we have partnered up with 3-time Olympian Kim St-Pierre and GoalieTutors.com to offer our first ever Female Goalie Camp!  The goalie camp will take place during our week-long camp from June 26th – 30th 2017 at CEGEP St. Laurent.  The goalies will be on the ice 3 hours per day and take part in specific goalie drills as well as goalie specific off ice training and conferences that cover important components for goalies off the ice.

"I am very excited to be involved with Amey and the GoalieTutors.com staff for this week long goalie camp.  I have wanted to provide more development options for goalies in Québec for a long time and think this is a great way to start.  We have put together a great curriculum both on and off the ice that will allow goalies to understand what it takes to get better.  We will push the goalies on the ice and reinforce our instruction with off ice conferences, video sessions and off ice training" explained St-Pierre.

GoalieTutors.com is a website aimed at helping coaches, parents, and goalies themselves with the technical and tactical aspects of the position.  The website provides the latest goalie news as well as a library of drills and lessons to help goalies imrpove.  The GoalieTutors.com Female Goalie School is the first of many development opportunities in the works.  St-Pierre concluded, "We are excited about the week in St. Laurent and the many more exciting opportunities that we will have for goalies of all ages and skill levels in the near future".
